I've loved art all my life. At the age of 9, I decided to draw our dachshund, Nipper, and was hooked. I have studied and painted throughout college, my careers, and travels. Now, as I retire from 35-years in the Interior Design world, I will focus on this passion.
Attention to the details of nature - the undulant shapes and evolving colors - fascinates me. Whatever my subject, I work to combine these elements and discover the personality of place, animal, or mineral.
I play with pastel, colored pencil, acrylics, and watercolors at the moment as a realist.
